We are looking for a Key Account for the Campania region in Italy, responsible for developing and executing channel plans, coordinating with internal teams, and managing commercial relationships with customers.
Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations
Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress
Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution and support the commercial expansion of the discount channel.
Promotions:
Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed
Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements
Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly
Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams
Problem solving and flexible reasoning.
Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplines
Minimum 3/4 years of experience in the sales business
Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
