Who we are looking for
We are looking for a pragmatic and highly skilled Software Engineer (AI / LLM focus) to join a high-impact, small, and high-trust team within a fast-paced Fintech context .
This is a hands-on backend engineering role designed for someone who has successfully shipped and operated LLM-powered applications in production. You will bridge advanced AI capabilities with robust, scalable, and secure backend systems. We need someone who not only writes clean production code but also brings strong architectural vision, strategic thinking, and the confidence to drive technical decisions in complex environments.
