For our Aldiana Club Rocca Nettuno Calabria, part of DERTOUR Hotels & Resorts and the DERTOUR Group , we are looking for an experienced, commercially minded and hands-on Head of Finance who acts as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and actively contributes to the financial and operational success of the resort. As a member of the local management team, you will be responsible for all finance, accounting, controlling and compliance activities of the resort. Beyond ensuring accurate financial reporting, you will proactively analyze business performance, identify opportunities and risks, challenge assumptions and support the implementation of measures that drive profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth. In this role, you also serve as the key interface between the resort and the Group's central finance functions, ensuring compliance with Group Reporting, Accounting Policies, Governance requirements and internal Group standards.

Financial Management, Accounting and Compliance Lead and manage all accounting and finance activities of the resort Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Act as key contact for Corporate Finance, ensuring compliance with IFRS reporting requirements and Group accounting policies Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and cash management processes Monitor banking activities, liquidity planning and working capital requirements Coordinate annual audits and act as the primary contact for auditors, tax consultants and authorities Ensure compliance with all applicable Italian legal, tax and regulatory requirements, as well as Group and divisional policies, governance standards and compliance frameworks Maintain effective internal controls, monitor relevant leg
