What you'll do As a Management Consultant in Manufacturing & Operations, you will: Conduct operational diagnoses from site visits and data‐analysis
Define actionable improvement plans working side‐by‐side with client teams on the shop floor and in the boardroom
Build models to quantify benefits and track value realization
Support implementation and set governance structures that ensure rapid decision‐making and accountability
Prepare executive‐level communications that turn complex analysis into clear, pragmatic recommendations
