The Role The Cluster Director of Sales will lead the sales strategy for the properties under responsibility, balancing revenue growth through account management, account development, strategic partnership management and long-term market positioning. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong emotional intelligence,
able to manage senior stakeholder expectations while inspiring and developing high-performing teams. The Cluster Director of Sales will act as a key business partner to Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations, developing and executing cohesive commercial strategies that drive performance, optimize profitability and strengthen client relationships across both properties. The main duties and responsibilities will be: Define and execute sales strategies to drive the commercial success of both properties through key account management and account development. Contribute to long-term business planning, budgeting and forecasting, including the preparation and definition of annual Sales & Marketing plans for the properties under responsibility. Build strong partnerships with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to align strategies and achieve commercial objectives.
