The Role in Summary The IT Application Manager – Supply Chain is responsible for managing and evolving the information systems that support production and logistics processes, from raw material procurement to finished product distribution.
This role ensures alignment between IT strategy, business objectives,
and the roadmap for the development of IT systems, driving innovation and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate in defining the IT roadmap to support the company's supply chain and monitor progress in terms of content, testing, deliverables, and maintenance. Manage relationships with supply chain stakeholders to ensure IT solutions meet business needs. Oversee ERP and PLM systems to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business processes. Ensure proper integration of the WMS within the company's IT architecture (WMS managed by a 3 PL). Maintain business intelligence systems and supply chain reporting capabilities.
Supervise IT system change projects in coordination with the system integrator. Partner with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Coordinate testing, plan go-live activities, manage user training, and promote a digital culture acr
