Overview As Tax & Accounting Manager, you will lead accounting activities across Italy, France, and Spain, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls. You’ll drive Group reporting under US GAAP, tax compliance, and working capital improvement while supporting strategic decisions. The role includes digital transformation, ERP-related initiatives, and developing a high-performing Accounting team. This position offers impact across a multinational footprint within Marmon Holdings, backed by Berkshire Hathaway.
Responsabilità
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Ensure statutory accounts and financial statements accuracy
- Manage Group reporting under US GAAP and reconcile with local standards
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain internal control compliance
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance and transfer pricing
- Monitor accounts receivable, credit exposure, and working capital performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning




- Provide financial analyses to inform strategic decisions
- Drive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement in Finance
- Act as a key Finance stakeholder in ERP implementations and system enhancements
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Accounting Specialists
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, or Finance within multinational organizations
- Strong knowledge of ITA GAAP, US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Experience with statutory and consolidated financial statements, tax compliance, and transfer pricing
- Familiarity with ERP systems and finance process digitalization
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
