Overview As ICT Microsoft Platform Services Leader at Ariston Group, you will drive the operation and continuous improvement of Microsoft infrastructure services. You ensure reliability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards while coordinating internal teams and partners. You will partner with architecture to implement designs, monitor KPIs, and push automation. This role connects digital platforms to the group’s sustainable, innovative mission. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver secure, scalable Microsoft services that support business goals.

Responsabilità
- Lead the operations team for Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange (On-Premises and Online), certificate lifecycle management, File & Print, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Power Platform & Copilot.
- Ensure stability, continuity and performance of all Microsoft platform services.
- Oversee incident, problem and change management processes.
- Handle operational escalations and coordinate with vendors for 3rd level support.
- Collaborate with Architecture Team to implement approved designs and standards.
- Monitor and improve service KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Drive operational automation, standardization and documentation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external support teams.
- Support audit, compliance and security-related operational requirements.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure operations in complex enterprise environments.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows infrastructure services, Power Platform, Copilot).
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
