Overview As Brand Activation Project Manager at Panerai, you drive strategic planning, coordination, and execution of global and regional activation initiatives. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, from brief to post-event analysis, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for brand activation campaigns and events
- Coordinate end-to-end execution from brief/concept to implementation, monitoring, and post-event analysis
- Ensure adherence to global activation guidelines,
luxury standards, and processes
- Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital, Product Development) and external partners (agencies, vendors)
- Manage brief development, proposal evaluation, negotiations, and accountability for project participants
- Oversee logistics and operational aspects of events and activations with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and perform post-campaign data analysis for ROI evaluation
- Maintain brand compliance across all touchpoints and approve creative assets and production elements
- Provide regular status updates and help refine activation processes for regional/local teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive project management experience in brand activation, marketing
