Overview As a Sales Manager in Hilton's Hotels team, you drive group sales and help deliver memorable guest experiences. You research, prospect, and convert leads while nurturing relationships within assigned market segments to grow room revenue. You lead end-to-end sales, from proposals to contracts, and coordinate bookings in the hotel’s sales system. You contribute to Hilton’s award-winning culture through teamwork, integrity, and leadership, delivering impactful revenue strategies and exceptional stays.
Responsabilità
- Generate and convert new business: research, prospect, and qualify leads to drive group sales and exceed lead-generation goals
- Build and maintain client relationships: act as primary contact for assigned market segments,



nurturing accounts to grow revenue and profitability
- Develop targeted sales strategies: analyze hotel and market trends to create plans and marketing initiatives
- Lead end-to-end sales process: prepare proposals, site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts tailored to client needs
- Manage booking details: coordinate requirements (room, F&B;, meeting space) and ensure accurate entry in the sales system
