Overview As Manager of Customer Success for SEEMEA and DACH, you will steer a high-performing team across diverse markets to turn customer challenges into educational wins. Responsabilità
- Execute a high-impact Customer Success strategy aligned with regional objectives
- Mentor and manage a team of Success professionals to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Define and monitor KPIs to ensure retention and growth targets are met
- Foster a customer-centric culture across regions and internal departments
- Build deep relationships with key customers as a strategic advisor
- Develop and implement standardized processes to drive efficiency and scalability
- Utilize customer success platforms to monitor account health and identify automation opportunities
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing customer-facing teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Track record of helping customers achieve outcomes leading to upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Self-driven, collaborative leader able to work virtually and handle high-pressure situations
- High emotional intelligence with balanced customer empathy and commercial awareness
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and interest in HR/LMS technologies
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across the region
