Overview In this role you will manage renewal opportunities for Middle East accounts, collaborating with sales and customer success to preserve and grow relationships. You will own the renewal cycle end-to-end, forecast risks, and identify upsell potential to support field sales. You’ll work with support and training to resolve technical questions before renewal due dates, contributing to Nozomi Networks’ mission to protect critical infrastructure. The role combines account management, pipeline discipline, and cross-functional collaboration in a global cyber security context.

Responsabilità
- Identify renewal opportunities by understanding customer needs and preserving relationships
- Support sales, partners and distributors on renewals
- Manage pipeline and deliver quota targets consistently
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on top risks and red accounts
- Forecast renewals and address any gap or risk of slipping




- Collaborate with Sales to identify early upsell opportunities for field sales
- Participate in weekly forecasts, reports, and reviews
- Provide visibility to regional renewal trends to Global Renewal Manager
- Coordinate with support/training to resolve technical questions before renewal date
- Embody company culture and mission with transparency and trust

Requisiti fondamentali
- Track record in renewal, sales or customer service within Cybersecurity or IT
- Strong customer experience track record
- Tenacious, target-driven with attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to work remotely and stay motivated
- Strong customer management and time management skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Fluent in English; Arabic highly valuable
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication
