Overview
In this role you drive local Market Access strategy for Sanofi Specialty, aligning with Global Functions and the Business Unit to maximize payer value. You shape the pricing, reimbursement and evidence generation plan across therapeutic areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare HTA readiness and facilitate payer engagement. You will build external stakeholder networks and ensure integration with global Market Access activities. This position offers exposure to high-impact oncology, immunology, neurology, and rare-disease programs within a pioneering, AI-powered biopharma environment.

Responsabilità
- Develop and implement the local Market Access Plan with value proposition and messages in alignment with Global Functions and Business Unit
- Lead pricing and reimbursement dossier and negotiation strategies with cross-functional support
- Define and implement the integrated evidence generation plan for access with support from specialists and Medical Affairs
- Ensure HTA readiness for products, indications, and therapeutic areas in pre-access phase
- Collaborate with GBU and Public Affairs to communicate the value proposition
- Build relationships with key payers and decision-makers to support market access plans
- Ensure full integration with Global Market Access departments and contribute within the network
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong experience in health industry and market access roles
- Deep understanding of Italy payer landscape and HTA methodologies
- Knowledge of health economics, modeling and clinical research methodologies (RWE, meta-analyses, epidemiological studies)
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian
