The Impact You'll Make
As an Accounting Clerk, you will support the Finance team in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. From processing invoices and reconciling accounts to supporting month-end activities, you'll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the hotel while contributing to an exceptional associate and guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Process and verify invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.




- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott International policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Support audits and provide requested documentation when required.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Accounting, Finance, or related administrative roles.
- Hospitality experience is a plus but not essential.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Fluent Italian and good command of English.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
