Associate Private Equity Investment Team
Responsibilities
Analyse financial data and market developments relevant to the Firm's investment activity;
Conduct research and mapping of target industries for origination purposes;
Perform valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities (LBO, trading and transaction comparables, DCF);
Develop quantitative models to assess the economic and financial performance of target companies;
Prepare writtenanalyses and investment memoranda to support Investment Committee decision-making;
Monitor portfolio companies and assess exit opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 2 full-year cycles in Investment Banking / Private Equity, with demonstrated leadership in due diligence processes and direct involvement in closed transactions;
Strong financial modelling skills, with prior independent experience managing complex models;
Experience across the full spectrum of private equity deal types;
Fluent to native-level Italian and English, written and spoken;
Leadership potential and team orientation within a lean office structure;
High standards of professionalism and integrity. xysqume
Compensation : 80.000, ,00 € gross per annum, plus premio and carried interest, depending on seniority and tenure with the Firm.
