Job Description
The Sr. Director, EMEA Power Product Management owns the regional product portfolio strategy for the Power Business Unit across eight product lines: Large Converter (including Large UPS); Low & Medium Voltage; Energy Storage, BESS & Microgrid; Switchgear (Low & Medium Voltage); Medium Converter (Medium UPS and DC Power for Telco and Data Centre); Power Software & Controls (EPMS); Power Switching & Distribution (STS, RPP, PDU); and Busbars (indoor & outdoor).
This role is the region’s primary interface with the Global Business Units (GBUs) responsible for global product platform development, and is accountable for converting EMEA market requirements, including the rapid scale-up of AI Factory, hyperscale and colocation infrastructure, into funded global roadmap commitments. The Sr. Director builds and leads the regional Product Line Manager team, sets the operating standards that team works to, and ensures the portfolio is positioned, priced and ready to sell ahead of customer demand.
The role carries an EMEA-wide remit across a Power product portfolio of approximately $1 billion, with a mandate to double the business within three years.
This is a strategic leadership role rather than a steady-state portfolio administration function. The Power BU is moving from a historically single-digit organic growth trajectory to a 30–40% growth mandate, driven by the pace and scale of AI Factory and hyperscale infrastructure build-out. The Sr. Director is expected to operate as a credible strategic partner to global R&D; and GBU leadership, shaping how the portfolio evolves rather than simply administering what it receives and to hold product quality and lead-time competitiveness as headline measures of how well that portfolio performs in market.
