Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Payroll/Administration Officer to join our high performing and inclusive team at our office in Morwell, VIC. Reporting directly to the Finance Lead, you will be responsible for accurate weekly timesheet and payroll processing, together with delegated administration support across the BMC Group. This is a local position only.

What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience processing high-volume weekly payrolls within strict and immovable deadlines
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a high-volume payroll position, preferably within construction, maintenance or a similar industrial environment
- Proven ability to process large volumes of timesheets, payroll adjustments, allowances and employee changes accurately and efficiently
- Experience interpreting and applying multiple Enterprise Agreements and project-specific payroll conditions
- Strong reconciliation skills, numerical accuracy and attention to detail while working under significant time pressure.
- Proven ability to iden
