- strong Project Management skills
- DWH Methodology knowledge
- strong technical competencies on DWH tools
- strong Data Management skills
- Public Sector competencies
It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than Manager Why can't we absorb with the existing team / HC? Have we completed Availability Check? Do we have the skills available among tenured resources eligible for rotation or migration, automation,
low billability pools? Current team can't absorb new tasks, because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity. All Analytics Italian employees are allocated, so there are not available resources to use for new activities When new hire becomes billable? Since first day #LI-DNI
