About You And This Role
At Dow, we are enabling the digital infrastructure of the future through innovative materials and technologies that support increasingly demanding Data Center applications. As artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digitalization continue to accelerate, the need for reliable, energy-efficient, and sustainable Data Center solutions has never been greater.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Dow Industrial Solutions (DIS) business in Antwerp, Belgium or Milan, Italy. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing growth opportunities within the rapidly expanding Data Center market across Europe.
As a strategic business leader, you will work closely with customers, industry partners, and commercial teams to drive adoption of Dow’s cooling solutions in Data Centers. You will assess market trends, identify unmet customer needs, gather competitive intelligence, develop targeted value propositions, and build strategic partnerships that strengthen Dow’s position in this key growth segment.
