Job Description
As our Production Planning Specialist , you will oversee a variety of areas in supply chain and inventory management. You will oversee logistics processes, conduct in-depth materials analyses, and make recommendations to support the overall supply chain and manufacturing goals for local operations. This role serves as a liaison between the supply chain function and business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Work arrangement: On-site.
- Oversee logistics processes, conduct in-depth materials analyses, and make recommendations to support manufacturing goals.
- Participate in the process of developing and maintaining forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules.
- Gather logistics data and monitor inventory trends to forecast potential challenges and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement supply chain strategies that accelerate product flow.
- Conduct cost analyses, forecast demand, negotiate prices,



and ensure compliance with Avery Dennison’s supply chain and inventory standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning skills.
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and create and leverage professional connections.
- Excellent focus and a high level of adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and resolving conflicts effectively.
