Lead Engineer, Systems Applications – Power Solutions
Analog Devices is seeking a Lead Engineer, Systems Applications to join the Power Solutions group and help advance ADI’s transition from component-level products to differentiated, system-level power solutions for strategic growth markets.
In this role, you will work with product lines, systems engineering, applications, marketing, field teams, and customers to define scalable power architectures, reference solutions, and platform strategies for aerospace, defence,
and communications systems.
You will translate customer needs into practical power trees, solution concepts, evaluation plans, reference design inputs, and product feedback. This individual contributor role requires strong power electronics and system design expertise, effective customer engagement, and the ability to connect application needs to ADI portfolio solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end power architectures for priority applications, covering conversion, distribution, protection, isolation, sequencing, telemetry, efficiency, thermal performance, EMI/EMC, reliability, and control.
- Translate customer and market requirements into solution proposals, power trees, reference architectures, evaluation plans, trade-off analyses, and product feedback.
- Support architecture and application reviews for strategic opportunities, ensuring proposed solutions are practical, differ
