HR Generalist

To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a committed, empathetic and highly organised HR Generalist (m/f/d) who professionally supports our employees and actively contributes to a wide range of HR processes, from Recruiting and administration to Employer Branding and employee development.

YOUR TASKS:
- Manage the entire Recruiting process, including Recruiting software, job postings, applicant management and interviews
- Manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes and act as a central point of contact for our employees on HR-related matters
- Prepare and manage contracts, employment certificates, employee master data, onboarding documents and other HR documentation
- Support payroll preparation and manage the digital time and attendance system
- Plan and organise training sessions and support employee development
- Support Employer Branding activities, including Social Media, Recruiting platforms and collaboration with schools, agencies and other partners
- Organise and manage staff accommodation, workwear and employee benefits
- Plan and organise employee events




- Work closely with General Management and department heads on HR-related and organisational matters

YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Administration, Hospitality or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in Human Resources, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Experience in Recruiting and HR administration is an advantage
- Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with and supporting employees
- Strong organisational skills and an independent, structured and reliable working style
- Discretion, a strong sense of responsibility and professional handling of confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital HR systems
- Very good command of German, Italian and English
