Overview
In this role you will cultivate and strengthen relationships with high school counselors and educators to advance enrollment for Hult’s Bachelor programs. You’ll tailor outreach to each school, promote the Hult mission, and represent the brand with integrity across local markets. The position blends in-person fieldwork with digital touchpoints to drive engagement, inform counselors, and convert opportunities into applications. You will work closely with the enrollment team to execute events, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize student pipelines and conversions.
Responsabilità
- Manage and tailor school/counselor relationships based on priorities
- Maintain regular check-ins (in-person and online) and conduct surveys for improvement
- Coordinate between schools and the enrollment department to address queries
- Identify enrollment opportunities with schools and build portfolios
- Collaborate with peers on student pipelines and conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records for student and school pipelines
- Educate counselors and students about Hult’s mission and learning approach
- Plan and execute events for students and counselors, and assess impact
- Analyze relationship engagement and school performance metrics to adjust priorities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree
- English and Italian proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Higher education experience is a plus
