We serve the M&A; tax market, assisting Private Capital Houses and acquisitive corporates in their transactions. Working on leading transactions on the marketAs part of the team, you will support activities in a dynamic environment, building your tax knowledge and analytical skills. Your tasks will include working on: Tax structuring of M&A; deals and debt issues;Tax due diligence assignments);Tax models preparation and reviewMIP structuringAnalysis on complex domestic and Internations tax issues, including,
but not limited to business combinationsPreparation of tax rulings Corporate restructuring;You will be involved in domestic and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field and challenging clients.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: Education and Qualifications: A master's degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 105/110;Qualified (or in the process of qualifying) as a Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and/or Lawyer (Avvocato).Experience, Skills and Competencies:3+ years of experience operating at Junior or Senior tax specialist level within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and flexible approach.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initial v
