About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our Milan team and support the day-to-day administrative management of our people. In this role, you'll be responsible for the full employee administrative lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while ensuring accuracy, compliance,
and a smooth experience for everyone involved. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to grow within a structured, international environment.
