You will strengthen relationships with key clients and participate in industry networking to promote ABB's solutions. The hybrid role focuses on strategic market development, revenue growth, and thought leadership in building automation.
Responsabilità
- Develop and implement market growth strategies for Building Automation in Europe
- Lead targeted sales initiatives to meet revenue targets in commercial and hospitality segments
- Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships for long-term engagements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with KNX, HVAC & IoT teams, marketing, product management and operations
- Represent ABB at industry events to boost brand visibility and gather market insights
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering (preferably control/automation, electronics, or energy) or Software
- 10+ years of relevant experience in building automation in Europe (BD, Sales, or Marketing)
- Strong understanding of KNX, digital business models, and market trends
- Proven leadership in multicultural, international settings
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions and strategies
