Overview In this role, you will lead marketing and market development for Specialized Surgical therapies across ME & ICA regions, focusing on Hernia, Wound Management, and TruClear. You will partner with sales, upstream marketing, and clinical teams to drive adoption, awareness, and patient access, leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools. You’ll shape regional growth strategies, educate stakeholders, and manage campaigns and events to expand market presence. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that blends analytics, education, and execution to improve patient outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Lead marketing and market development for Hernia, Wound Management, and TruClear therapies across the specified regions
- Drive therapy adoption and awareness through customer education, clinical engagement, and value-based messaging
- Collaborate with sales, upstream marketing, distributors, clinical, and market access teams to implement regional growth strategies
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans aligned with business priorities
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competition to inform strategy
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders on campaigns, plans, and market expansion
- Support congresses, workshops, and therapy training initiatives
- Identify barriers to adoption and propose actions to improve market access and growth
- Apply Lean and process optimization to streamline workflows across indirect regions
- Drive data-driven marketing via commercial dashboards to track adoption, penetration, and ROI
- Utilize data analytics, digital tools, and AI-driven insights to optimize segmentation, forecast trends, and ROI
- Explore digital platforms and automated marketing to scale education and communications
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of sales and marketing experience
