Role Overview
The Group People Development & Training Specialist, based at Somacis HQ in Castelfidardo, reports to the Group Chief HR Officer.
This role is responsible for designing and leading the company’s people development strategies and performance management processes, ensuring the growth of skills and the promotion of a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role works closely with HR leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of talent initiatives with business goals, fostering an engaging and high-performance workplace.
