Overview
In this role you will drive strategic sales across existing and new customers for Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform. You will build trusted, C-suite relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams to realize value from Salesforce investments. You will own the end-to-end sales process, shaping territory strategy and targeting accounts within Italy. This is a high-impact role at a company leading AI-powered workforce transformation. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a clear path to growth and impact.

Responsabilità
- Develop key stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction within assigned accounts
- Lead long-term account strategy aligned with customer objectives
- Manage end-to-end sales process with resources like Sales Engineers and Executives
- Research and formalize a GTM territory plan and create a qualified target account list (within 30 days)




- Articulate Salesforce value proposition to existing and potential customers
- Drive growth within assigned accounts

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 8–10 years of technology sales experience in Software or Business Applications
- Solid sales forecasting and revenue achievement in the Italian market
- Proven track record of net new business sales and quota overachievement
- Background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business
- Proficient in Italian and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to develop cases and service requirements and craft strategic alliances
- Technology sales experience in Software or Business Applications
- Forecasting and revenue management
- Inbound/outbound prospecting and closing
