The role ensures accurate execution of operational, quote and pricing‑related processes in line with defined SOPs, maintaining high standards of data quality, compliance, and cross‑functional coordination. The role works closely with Insights, Pricing, Tender & Contracts, Customer Services, Finance, and Sales teams to support reporting, master data management, contract and pricing execution, tender follow‑up, and issue resolution across multiple systems and markets.RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate with commercial team and master data for customer/distributor and contacts data
coordinate supplier and customer account creation with master data, ensuring data accuracy and timely setup in relevant systems.
Identify and support resolution of customer account duplicates, working with Insights and Operations stakeholders.
Maintain and improve contact database quality through ongoing data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.-Prepare and maintain regular commercial reporting and dashboards across EMEA Sales reports for customers, distributors and internal finance tender reporting.
