Overview
In this role you will assist the Store Planning & Facility Manager in developing and maintaining Milan's retail and corporate spaces. You will contribute to new store openings, renovations, pop-up projects, and facility tasks for Milan offices, showroom, and Italian stores. You will ensure spaces are functional, efficient, and aligned with luxury aesthetic standards, working with internal teams, consultants, and external suppliers. This position offers exposure to end-to-end store projects in a luxury environment and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilità
- Support management of new store opening projects
- Assist renovation and touch-up projects for existing stores
- Support opening of Temporary Stores, seasonal Pop Up Stores and Corners
- Contribute to applying Concept Guidelines and aesthetic standards
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and external suppliers, focusing on timing and costs
- Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, AC)
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and ensure equipment functioning
- Process maintenance requests and contribute to timely resolutions
- Assist with property and service management planning and execution
- Showroom support including setup and ensuring spaces are impeccable; collaborate with IT to ensure functionality
Requisiti fondamentali
- Diploma or Degree in a technical field
- 3-5 years of sales experience in luxury/fashion
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite and 3D software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
