Marketing & Brand Specialist

You will be part of the Italy Brand Marketing team, responsible for building meaningful consumer connections and driving the brand’s relevance across the Italian marketplace. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sports Marketing , Marketplace, Merchandising, Communications, Digital Marketing, Creative, Retail Marketing and Nike Direct teams. Externally, you will collaborate with agencies, creators, athletes, communities and cultural partners to help bring brand initiatives to life. You will report to the Italy Brand Manager.
Success in this role comes through curiosity, collaboration and a deep understanding of the Italian consumer landscape. You’ll act as a connector between consumer insights, cultural trends and brand priorities, helping translate opportunities into impactful brand experiences.
We’re looking for a culturally connected marketer with a passion for sport, youth culture and storytelling. You have a strong pulse on local communities, emerging trends and consumer behaviors, and enjoy discovering what moves consumers and shapes culture.



You combine strategic thinking with strong executional skills and are comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the Italian consumer landscape, local communities, cultural movements and marketplace dynamics.
Ability to identify consumer and cultural insights and translate them into relevant brand opportunities and experiences.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with experience creating clear and compelling decks, recaps and presentations.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across internal and external partners.
Experience supporting events, community activations, content productions, campaigns or consumer experiences.
