Responsabilità
Lead supplier qualification through SAP Ariba assessments and global on-site audits
Implement supplier improvement actions based on audit findings and process gaps
Oversee global parts approval to ensure materials meet requirements
Monitor supplier performance indicators and run the annual Supplier Performance Evaluation
Develop and execute action plans for supplier performance recovery with stakeholders
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for escalated non-conformities
Drive global continuous improvement of supplier management processes
Support sustainability and compliance initiatives aligned with material and supplier goals
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
Minimum 8 years in quality assurance and supplier development
Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining or transformer components
Knowledge of heat treatment and surface protection processes (e.g., galvanization, coating)
Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; external auditor certification is a plus
Welding/painting inspection certifications (IWE/IWI, FROSIO, ISO 9712) is a strong advantage
Knowledge of ISO 3834, EN 1090, welding standards and NDT standards
