Approbation Lab Manager

Area of responsibility
The Approbation Laboratory Department in Treviso is looking for a Laboratory Manager. In this role you will be part of an international team and you will be responsible for the following activities:
Coordinate technically and hierarchically laboratory team in the execution of test activities.
Collaborate with R&D; and DQA to identify the most suitable approbation test plan.
Keep lab updated to the state of the art of applicable standards.
Ensure the effective and proper use of laboratory equipment by verifying calibration validity, ensuring resources for calibration and periodic verification, and supervising their correct usage.
Evaluate the need and opportunity to update the laboratory equipment.
Assess the training needs of laboratory personnel, prepare training schedules, and demand the necessary resources.
