Supplier Capacity Development Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and deploy a standardized external supplier capacity development approach across ELDS MV Switchgear Business Line (BL) factories. You will drive the identification, prioritization, assessment and development of critical external suppliers to grow capacity and meet ELDS MV Switchgear mid/long-term external material needs. The Supplier Capacity Development Manager will drive drive BL-wide methodology development, supports in-factory implementation and leads cross-factory coordination, working closely with quality, procurement, operations,
and supply chain teams to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.
The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote and Global, preferred area Europe.
This role is contributing to the Strategy & capacity Ramp-up function of the Global Business Line Switchgear.
You will join the Business Line Switchgear Strategy & Ramp-up team, and you will report to the Capacity Ramp-up Lead.
Responsibilities
- Develops and standardizes ELDS MV Switchgear approach to identify, prioritize, assess and develop external suppliers, factoring individual supplier risk profiles and alternative sourcing potential across ELDS MV Switchgear factories.
- Leads the identification and prioritization of critical external suppliers using a multi-criteria framework considering supplier risk profile (e.g., operational performance, financial stability, capacity risk) and alternative sourcing potential (e.g., sourcing alternatives, substitution lea
