We are currently hiring a Product Manager to be based in Milan or Vercelli (hybrid work).
Your mission at Epassi You will report to the Head of Product Italy and become a core member of the Italian product team. You'll shape experiences that make work life better for thousands of employees across Europe, making your impact visible and meaningful every day.
Your Responsibilities
Will Be Lead product discovery and delivery for new features and services related to corporate welfare, employee management, and digital wellbeing solutions. Define, structure, and prioritize the product roadmap, including AI-powered tools and insights Work within Agile teams to translate business requirements into real, iterative product deliveries.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, data specialists, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive product solutions Produce clear product documentation for internal and external stakeholders Support commercial teams with technical and product insights for complex sales opportu
