About the Role You will take full ownership of market development, channel management, brand promotion and sales operations for our agricultural machinery business in Italy. You will conduct market research, develop and manage the dealer network, execute local marketing activities and achieve regional sales targets.
You will also be responsible for inventory management of complete machines and spare parts.
Responsibilities Market Research & Marketing Planning
Research Italy's local market, industry policies and competitor trends.
Organize on-site product testing.
Formulate and implement regional market development plans and sales policies.
Channel Development & Dealer Management
Develop, maintain and manage local distribution channels.
Recruit, train and support Italian dealers.
Oversee inventory management of complete machines and spare parts.
Brand Building & Marketing Execution
Lead local brand promotion, including new media operations, exhibitions, dealer conferences and other offline marketing activities.
Conduct end-user brand communication.
Sales Operations & Risk Control
Submit order forecasts and achieve regional sales targets.
Lead business negotiations and contract signing.
