To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join us as
HEAD OF SALES
on a full-time basis.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coordinate and further develop the Sales Team, including people management, coaching and employee development.
- Secure and sustainably grow the existing business, while defining, managing and achieving sales targets.
- Directly manage our Key Accounts and our most strategically important and sensitive customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategically expand relationships with customers and business partners.
- Act as the key interface between the Sales Team and our production facilities in Romania, ensuring efficient and solution-oriented collaboration.
- Develop and implement targeted B2B marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and our market positioning.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of solid experience in Sales, Business Development,
ideally in a leadership role or a position with comparable responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a coaching, motivating and development-oriented leadership style.
- Strong customer and solution orientation, with the ability to professionally develop strategic customer relationships and confidently manage complex challenges.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
- Very good digital skills and confident use of common IT applications and software.
- Willingness to travel regularly for business.
