Responsabilità
- Shape and deliver broad IT projects for global clients from plan to execution
- Manage internal and external teams across programs and apply agile methods (SAFe) for smooth transformation
- Design, assess,
and optimize IT architectures; coordinate teams and guide discussions with top client management
- Provide strategic input aligned with market developments and trends to drive IT initiatives
- Lead and motivate project teams and help build solid business cases for IT initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with above-average grades
- At least nine years of experience in IT consulting and transformation/implementation projects
- Experienced project team leader including client-side leadership
- Efficient resource planning and motivational leadership
- Knowledge of IT organization development and IT processes
- Ability to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
- Strong ability to communicate complex topics in Italian and English
