Role Mission
We are looking for an Embedded/Industrial Integration Engineer (OT) to ensure reliable integration between the CPPC Tiers control platform and field devices across utility-scale energy systems.
You will play a key role in connecting embedded control systems with real-world infrastructure such as inverters , BESS , meters , and protection devices , ensuring robust communication , correct I/O mapping , and smooth commissioning .
Your work will directly impact system reliability, commissioning success,
and operational stability in mission-critical energy environments.
FULL REMOTE (only freelance consultancy agreements)
Employee Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary, RAL): € 35,000.00 - 45,000.00
Key Responsibilities
Develop embedded software for industrial controllers managing RES and BESS plants
Implement low-level drivers and hardware abstraction layers for real-time systems
Ensure deterministic execution, low latency, and high system stability
Optimize memory usage, CPU performance, and real-time task scheduling
Integrate embedded software with communication protocols ( Modbus , IEC 61850 , OPC , etc.)
Collaborate with Control Engineers and Real-Time Software Engineers to deploy control algorithms on target hardware
Support debugging, testing, and validation activities (including HIL and on-target testing).
Contribute to system architecture decisions and embedded platform selection
