Support retail stores with visual merchandising guidelines and display implementation
Ensure correct store layout, product setting, graphics, and display standards
Assist in the production and shipment management of sales support materials for stores
Support stock monitoring activities and share replenishment needs related to visual requirements
Collaborate with Store Managers to evaluate layout changes and improvement initiatives
Manage and share visual photo reports and store feedback
Support window display preparation and execution aligned with brand identity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Italian native speaker (mandatory)
Good knowledge of English
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related fields
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
Interest in visual merchandising, branding, and retail environments
