Since its founding in 1941 as a sawmill in La Rioja (Spain), Garnica has been a pioneer in exploring new ways to manage and use natural resources intelligently and to manufacture exceptional plywood solutions. It has central headquarters and seven production centres, five in Spain and two in France.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, ensure compliance with company policies, as well as meeting the objectives and annual Sales Plan.
Present, promote and sell Garnica products using solid arguments to existing and prospective Customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Meet monthly, quarterly and/or yearly sales and profitability targets set for his/her territory by the Company and agreed with the employee through effective planning and budgeting.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments,
especially Q&A; and Customer Service.
Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports.
Propose actions and suggestions in order to build the Annual Sales Plan for his/her assigned Territory.
Participate in the required marketing activities of Garnica Plywood in the assigned Territory market for hardwood plywood.
Assist in any quality issues related to the product itself in conjunction with company QA staff.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Assist current customer base by training/accompanying customer sales force in joint end user calls (sell-out)
High knowledge about the wood industry in the market and plywood products.
High english level. Availability to travel weekly within the market and quaterly within Europe to attend to internal meetings or sector fairs.
