Overview In this role, you will drive service sales and protect the installed base across North Italy, collaborating with regional and cross-functional teams. You will build long-term customer relationships, manage service offerings, and contribute to growth targets and customer satisfaction. You support SLAs, pricing negotiations, and market insights to differentiate Hitachi Energy’s service portfolio. This position offers regional impact with frequent customer visits and cross-unit collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Drive local service sales strategies and targets for the service portfolio
- Forecast sales accurately using SFDC and improve data quality
- Negotiate major contracts to secure service order volume
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities and IB potential
- Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Collaborate with Business Units and account teams on service offerings and installed base data
- Support marketing activities, product launches, and promotional events
- Monitor and address customer satisfaction issues and risk related to contracts
- Promote HSE and Sustainability in client interactions
- Lead and share best practices to improve selling skills and cross-functional collaboration
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Proven experience in service sales including installed base management
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products
- Experience in the energy sector
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to North Italy 2–3 days per week
