Electrical Harness Integration Leader

Overview In this role you oversee Electrical Harness installation resources and deliverables for each project baseline, ensuring timely, high-quality electrical outputs. You will build and develop EHI technical competency within the team and align work with the project’s electrical baseline needs. You contribute to solving mobility challenges by delivering integrated harness designs and 3D models that fit production and integration constraints. You work across multi-site teams and external partners to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement. Responsabilità
- Manage harness design workload and ensure 3D models are delivered for mechanical integration
- Coordinate EHI activities, resources, and subcontractors to meet project baselines
- Ensure deliverables are properly managed in the configuration database
- Oversee QCD (quality, cost, delivery) for EHI on the project and workload planning
- Promote and implement standard M etier rules and processes for electrical integration
- Lead continuous improvement or RoE efforts from prior projects
- Collaborate with mechanical, routing, and production teams to ensure integration feasibility
Requisiti fondamentali
- Graduate from an Engineering School (mandatory)
- Total experience 5+ years
- Electronic/Electrotechnical/Electro-Mechanical engineering knowledge
- Electrical CAD experience (>=3 years)
- Experience in activity and team management (>=2 years)
- Railway experience (desirable)
- Uses of E3S or See One (desirable)
- Industrial and manufacturing understanding to serve internal clients
- Fluent in English and local site language
- Able to operate in an international, multi-site, matrix organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
