In this role you lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Sprinklr platform solutions for enterprise customers, with a focus on CCaa S and digital transformation. You'll work across sales, solution consultants, and delivery teams to ensure architectures meet customer goals and pave the way for successful implementations. You'll define architecture blueprints, craft security and operational artifacts, and ensure best practices and compliance throughout delivery.

and operational foundations Create low-level designs and blueprints for digital transformation Ensure best practices, configuration health, and adherence to UAT/sandbox protocols Support project delivery, handover to customer success, and oversight during design Share industry use cases and best practices to improve customer experience Maintain awareness of Managed Services initiatives across accounts 8+ years in architect/consulting roles with complex CCaa S/digital transformation focus Sprinklr platform experience through implementations/integrations Telco/call center network/infrastructure and Saa S/Cloud enterprise architecture Experience with telephony, network, database, security, integrations Ability to translate business objectives into outcome-focused roadmaps Expert knowledge of CCaa S, CPaa S, CFM/CRM/CSM stacks SAML/SSO/OAuth authentication knowledge Relational databases and Mongo DB knowledge English and Italian fluency Role based in Milan with on-site presence 3 days/w
