Your Role
As a Program Manager,
you'll lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects with strong technological and strategic impact.
You'll take full ownership from planning to execution, coordinate international teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership — driving alignment, innovation, and transformation across markets.
A few examples of your responsibilities
Plan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients.
Drive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301's strategy.
Build and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control.
Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
Promote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
