Working Environment and Location
- This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 2 – 3 days per week in Milan, Italy office.
- This position is based in Milan Office and Occasional international travel, including overnight stays, may be required.

Purpose and Scope
- The Pricing and Value Access Lead is accountable for developing and executing local pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies that maximize patient access and product value throughout the product lifecycle. The role ensures alignment across affiliate, regional, and global objectives by leading the localization of value dossiers and reimbursement submissions, driving payer engagement, and integrating market access requirements into brand, medical, and development plans.
