Overview
In this role you will own the onboarding and operational delivery for enterprise customers, partnering with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to remove bottlenecks and scale processes. You’ll drive operational excellence, build trusted customer relationships, and analyze data to uncover risks and improvement opportunities. You’ll work across onboarding, customer operations, payroll, and process improvement to support Deel’s largest clients and shape scalable operating models. This is an accelerated, high-ownership role with steep learning curves and meaningful impact.

Responsabilità
- Own onboarding and operational delivery for a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Payroll, Legal, and Support to resolve operational challenges
- Drive process improvements and scalable solutions through bottleneck identification
- Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure high-quality operational experiences
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Take ownership of increasingly complex customer environments
- Contribute to building new operational playbooks to improve efficiency across Operations
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- strong analytical ability and quick learning
- no career in investment banking or consulting
- strong technical or analytical degree preferred (Engineering, Mathematics, CS, Physics, Economics)
- outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
