Overview In this role you drive growth for Hologic’s breast interventional and surgery portfolio across Emilia-Romagna & Tuscany. You are the face of the company, building trusted clinician relationships and expanding market reach in hospital and surgical settings. You will develop territory plans, articulate clinical and economic value, and stay ahead of market trends to shape your sales approach. The opportunity combines hands-on field work with strategic planning to advance women’s health through innovative breast care solutions.

Responsabilità
- Drive territory growth and market share for breast interventional and surgery products in Emilia-Romagna & Tuscany
- Achieve sales targets with strong focus on customer relationship management and service quality
- Develop and execute structured territory plans and segment accounts to maximize opportunity
- Articulate product features, benefits and applications within the breast care pathway




- Monitor local healthcare trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategy
- Build and deliver compelling clinical and economic value propositions to multiple buying influences
- Maintain a disciplined call cadence on high-opportunity accounts and nurture new business
- Represent Hologic in hospitals and operating rooms, supporting clinicians in real-world use

Requisiti fondamentali
- Surgical medical device sales experience with a proven track record of territory growth
- Strong sales acumen including territory planning and customer segmentation
- Experience navigating hospital processes and regulatory environments in surgical settings
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ability to tailor messages and deliver impactful presentations
- Commercial mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Customer-oriented with a results-focused track record and disciplined cal
