The role reports to the Marketing Director – IM & is one of 3 central senior marketing leadership roles within IM.

it is essential that the individual can lead, engage, collaborate & drive change through powerful communication, leadership & networking skills. Engagement across both IM & the wider TWO organisation will come naturally, taking teams with them as they help deliver the business vision, have courageous conversations & maintain momentum & focus to deliver the business results.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborating with the marketing team, leading the definition of research programmes and research projects that are appropriate to business needs and priorities.
· Working as a key business partner, ensure a breadth and depth of data, research and insights are applied across all areas of marketing and throughout the course of projects. Specifically: Consumer Driven Conversion, Brand Positioning, NPD and Connections.
